Along with the 35 plans displayed on the website, we also offer a full design and build service.

We can either kick things off with a Tāngata Homes design and make it your own with customisations, or you can give us a wish list or even a sketch and we will work with you to bring it to fruition.

Building Planning

We work with the various professionals to create the house you are looking for, whether it be a sleep-out or a large family home.

Rebuilds

If you love where you live but don't like what you live in, we can provide a full knock down/rebuild option as well.

Project Management

We will provide schedules of all work to be carried out and have regular site meetings to keep you up to date on progress.

Small Buildings

We have a series of 30sqm plans that can be used as sleep-outs or fully kitted out with a kitchen and bathroom.

Large Projects

We work with clients on large projects such as mutli unit developments, worker housing or large homes that require large scale landscaping included in the project.
